30-point SAT® score-improvement guarantee

The guarantee is intended to be clear, measurable, and fair. Before launch, have counsel review these terms.

Proposed eligibility

The student must submit an eligible baseline score, complete a current official or approved comparable final assessment, maintain an active paid subscription for at least eight consecutive weeks, complete at least 90% of the parent-set weekly focused-prep goal, finish required diagnostics, and follow the prescribed sessions.

Refund

When an eligible student’s final score is not at least 30 points above the accepted baseline, the parent may request a refund of subscription fees paid during the eligible preparation period, up to a stated maximum. Requests must include score documentation and be submitted within 30 days.

Important limitations

No outcome can be guaranteed without participation. Scores affected by invalidation, accommodations changes, missed tests, incomplete work, account sharing, or unverifiable documentation are excluded. The final legal policy should define acceptable score reports, retests, maximum refund, and jurisdiction.
